Click Account Settings in the top menu bar, then simply edit the sign up information in your account settings.

Click Account Settings in the top menu bar, then select Sign up information from the list. This allows you to update your username, password, email address, gender and more.

To resign your membership or subscription, visit your account settings and select Resignation.

To ensure you receive the best matches possible, be sure your profile's description of who you'd like to meet is accurate. Also save your favorite searches, and when prompted, choose to include them in your SoulmatesWorld by Mail. Click here to change your preferences for SoulmatesWorld by Mail.

- Q. How do I turn off SoulmatesWorld by Mail?

Visit your SoulmatesWorld by Mail page and select how often you want to receive your matches. In this case, select "Do not send me SoulmatesWorld by mail" button. Then click Save.

- Q. How do I turn on / off auto sign in?

You may turn on / off this feature at any time. Click Account Settings on the top menu bar and then select auto sign in from the list. Turn sign in On /Off by clicking the appropriate radio button and then Click the red Go button.

To stop someone from emailing you, select Account Settings from the top menu bar and select Blocking from the list. Enter the username of the person you don't want to receive email from and then click the red Block button.

You are in complete control of the emails you receive from SoulmatesWorld. To change your preferences, click here. Then select the emails you wish to receive from SoulmatesWorld.
